The vision of Gateway Village and Cousins Properties Incorporated is to provide our tenants with a great place to work and the highest level of customer service.

To ensure that we deliver on this promise, Gateway Village features a Welcome Center staffed with a part-time Concierge. The Welcome Center is open Monday through Friday, from 11:30 am - 3:00 pm.

At the Welcome Center, our Concierge is prepared to answer your questions and provide a wide range of convenient, specialized services. These services include:

Welcoming & orienting new associates
Information on catering for business luncheons & meetings
Information and recommendations about flowers & gifts
Group tickets for theater performances, concerts, sporting events & other entertainment
Discount bus tickets
Postage stamps
Transportation (limousine or taxi) requests
Travel information & hotel reservations
Restaurant recommendations & reservations
Information about convenient weekend getaways
Information about events, activities and popular attractions in North Carolina and other states
Notary services
