The concierge desk at Gateway Village's Welcome Center offers discount tickets to select area attractions and special events. For a complete list of discount tickets, contact the Concierge desk at 704-683-0113 during the hours of 10:30 am-1:00 pm. Some of the most recent tickets available include Biltmore Estate. Security Escorts
Please remember that Gateway Village Security can be contacted at anytime to request an escort to your vehicle at the Parking Deck. Security is on site 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. There number is 704-683-0000. If you are entering the deck, you can press one of the intercom boxes and request an escort from the deck to the building.

Parking
Tired of digging for change? Contact the Gateway Parking Deck at 683-0100 to inquire about monthly parking permits. As a reminder, please do not park your vehicle in the Irwin Elementary School parking lot. Your vehicle may be towed if you choose to park in this lot. As an alternative to driving, Charlotte Area Transit offers bus services from and to numerous locations. You can purchase discount bus passes at the Gateway Village Welcome Center. Stop by the Welcome Center to get route maps and ticket prices.

Meeting in 800 Gateway Village – Bank of America Floors
Associates coordinating meetings will be responsible for coordinating access. Please take advantage of the Card Access System and contact the LOB ACR to arrange for access for associates attending your meetings. If your meeting includes non-associate attendees, a Gateway Village Associate must provide a list of the non-associate visitors to the Welcome Center via fax at 704-683-0116 or via email at access@gatewayvillage.com.

The facilitator is responsible for ensuring that the cards are returned. If the cards are not returned within 3 business days the replacement fee in the amount of $10.00 per card will be charged to the facilitators cost center. The meeting facilitator is responsible for ensuring that all attendees follow Gateway Village rules and regulations during their visits.

Visiting Bank Associates or Contractors
All visiting bank associates or contractors that have a bank-issued coded access card will need to request access from his or her LOB ACR. In some cases, but not all, a LOB should have an ACR on the floor or floors that they occupy. In all cases, each LOB will have a primary and secondary ACR that will be able to grant access to each floor the LOB occupies.

Entrance to the 800 Building
Your access card to the 800 Building should only be used to allow yourself entrance to the building. The revolving doors are designed to prevent "piggybacking," the close following of an authorized person by an unauthorized one to gain entry. Do not use your access card to allow another person to enter the building. Temporary access cards for authorized persons are issued at the Welcome Center. If someone asks you to scan them in, please direct them to the Welcome Center to obtain a visitor badge.

Bank of America Associates

  1. If you park at another location, the Bank provides escort van pickups Monday thru Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. To request an escort or for more details on pick-up and drop-off points call 704-386-5536.
  2. To expedite package pickups and deliveries we suggest that you designate whether you are on the North, South, or Bridge (if you are on 5th floor) section of the building.
  3. Mailing Address - Please remember to use the Bank of America Zip Code 28255 along with your mailcode when providing your address.
  4. Visitors - Please be sure your visitors know your exact location here at Gateway Village: Floor #; North, South or Bridge; and your correct phone number. All of this information will speed up their registration at the Welcome Center.
